The Online Historical Population Reports (OHPR) collection provides online access to the complete Population Census reports for Britain and Ireland from 1801 to 1937. http://www.histpop.org/ohpr/servlet/Show?page=Home
Hampshire Library Services will retrieve a reference book for you from across their nationwide network. They will then make it available at the New Milton branch or whichever branch you request. You will need your library membership number and there is sometimes a charge for the retrieval service. http://www3.hants.gov.uk/library.htm
